Drop-in Meditation Session: Mindfulness and much more Print

Wednesday 3, 10, 17, 24 February; 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 March 7.00-8.00pm

Join us for meditation in the first hour of each session. Each class will include two guided meditations on mindfulness and other meditation techniques. Then, you can head home feeling rested or stay on for another half hour where we can explore the different issues related to meditation, learn about different meditation skills, ask questions related to meditation or simply enjoy a cup of tea.

Meditation Drop-in classes includes brief instructions and guided meditations, suitable for new and seasoned meditators. You can join these classes at any time. Free class.
