This meditation course aims to explore the practical instructions for settling our mind into a depth of clarity and alertness and using such a concentrated mind to penetrate into the heart of our reality. The outcome is a growing understanding of how to work effectively with our mind to free it from agitation and dullness as well as empowering it to discern the truths that will ease our anguish. Each class will feature explanation, guided meditations and discussion. Some knowledge of meditation and Buddhism recommended.
