About the Retreat

"We can develop our consciousness to the limitless states of universal compassion, love, wisdom and freedom. The Vajrasattva practice can lead us beyond ego, beyond grasping, and beyond the dualistic mind. That's what the Vajrasattva practice is about." - Lama Yeshe

The practice of Vajrasattva is used to purify obstacles to spiritual development, negative karma and illness. It is the most powerful purification practice in daily life. Purifying these negative and self-destructive habits allows space for positive experiences and beneficial states of mind to flourish in your life. This practice is very powerful for beginners and longtime practitioners alike, and for observers of all faiths.

Ven Robina will give explanations to the Vajrasattva practice during this retreat alongside with meditation sessions on Vajrasattva and the recitation of his mantra each day.

There are no special prerequisites to attend this retreat.
