Join us for this one-day workshop to learn to enhance your natural concentration, to deepen the understanding of your mind and to transform it, via a variety of simple yet profound meditations. There will be a series of guided meditations, preceded by brief explanations, and time for questions and discussion. This is an opportunity to explore different meditation techniques and observe their effects on our body and mind. Suitable for beginning meditators and seasoned practitioners.

Recommended practice day for those studying Discovering Buddhism.
